Coaching is the art and practice of inspiring, energizing, and facilitating the performance, learning and development of the athlete.

Michael Hanna, M.S. uses the art and science of coaching to help every athlete reach their optimal level of performance and fulfillment!

Michael recognizes the building blocks to achieving optimal performance are many and must be constructed in the proper sequence and recognizes that each individual is different. The cornerstone for achieving optimal performance is precise physiological training based on each individual and their goals.

It is not the volume or else those who put in the most hours/miles would be the winners.

It is not the intensity or else those who pushed themselves the hardest would be the winners.

It is not someone’s favorite workouts or else everyone copying the magic workout or training pace would be the winners.

Michael guides every athlete through their own path to optimal performance and fulfillment.
